ABOUT LAWRENCE SAMSKY

Lawrence E. Samsky is a seasoned expert who has been actively appraising real estate since 1985. He is a New York State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and a designated SRA member of the Appraisal Institute. In addition, Larry holds the IFA designation with the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers and is a designated member of the Columbia Society of Real Estate Appraisers.

Larry is regularly retained by local, national and international banks, mortgage lenders, corporations, government agencies, landlords and developers. He also works closely with accountants and attorneys, providing appraisals for estate and gift tax purposes, bankruptcy and litigation support.

Larry believes the most important aspect for appraisers in providing accurate appraisals is "thorough due diligence."

Larry resides in Westchester County, New York with his wife and two children. He enjoys coaching his children's softball teams, scuba diving, skiing and bicycling.
