President
Lawrence Samsky has been in the appraisal business since 1985. He is a New York State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, a New York State Approved Supervisory Appraiser, and a designated SRA member of the Appraisal Institute. He also holds an IFA designation with the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers/American Society of Appraisers, and is also the current president of the Columbia Society of Real Estate Appraisers, Inc.
He regularly performs appraisals for banks, mortgage lenders, credit unions, government agencies, landlords, and developers. He also works on a regular basis with accountants and attorneys in consultation with their clients for estate and gift tax purposes.
Larry is the proud father of two adult children and resides in Manhattan. When not at the office, he enjoys exercising, biking, traveling, tennis, scuba diving, skiing, and cooking.
